Sure a few will be upset by this but I'm honestly not fussed that he's gone. He was a workhorse but his output wasn't great. Glad to see we have done the sensible thing if a new deal couldn't be agreed.

Tbh I think £1m for him is not a bad deal. He works so hard, but his end product is lacking more often than not. Hopefully we can re-invest it into the squad

It's a real shame, but if he is set on leaving then it's pointless standing in his way. The sensible thing to do as to get the best deal possible.

My lad walked out with him last season, he was great with him.

Good player. Terrific attitude but a deal worth potentially 1 million is cracking business with a year to run on his contract. Decent salary off the wage bill too.

Wouldn’t go that strong, but I agree he’s been overhyped slightly

He would have been an asset in League One, so it's a shame he's going. But if the deal is right, I trust the guys in charge. Wish him all the best.
