So he has personal wealth. Just he refuses to use it on the club.

Pretty weird isn’t it . The regulator won’t just look at if he has the funds it will surely look at the fact he isn’t paying . It’s not just about have you got the money .

 

bit like having a mortgage and not paying but saying look at my bank I’ve got the money to pay I’m choosing not to … the mortgage company will just take it off you . The regulator will hopefully have some similar powers

As I mentioned in another thread, if he has the money why is he embarrassing himself trying to sell this African gold?

 

I’d also add, given the IFR start their work on 1st November, it would be a huge act of self harm him deciding to stop paying the staff, stop paying the players, stop paying HMRC and stop paying other clubs for transfer fees owed.

It's that's true, then I wouldn't blame the regular stewards if they didn't turn up to work the next match. 

 

Or anybody else at the club who removed their labour due to the issues with pay.

Where do you think the money the club gets comes from?  Once revenue has been spent it all comes out of his personal pocket, so if we can restrict revenue then he will need to reach into his pocket more.  The money to pay players and staff comes from him ultimately and he isn't paying it on time.

He does it because he think’s he’s untouchable. 

 

He doesn’t like the EFL telling him what to do, he thinks he’s above it all.

 

He does it because he can.

 

He isn’t bothered about the regulator.

 

He’s been around Paris and Vienna p*ssing about, he’s let his employees have to take out loans, struggle with bills etc.

200 extra security staff Inc wages tax and profit at least 25grand police costs in ground another 10 grand . Yet staff can't afford to pay there rent /mortgage and bills who have worked at swfc some for 30-40 years . 

 

To the lot of you staff go on strike . And the players should do more too wear the scarves or wear a protest shirt and refuse to go in Jan for a fee only if free .
