I STILL see people saying this.  i just don't understand how people can't see how they DO hurt him, and hurt a lot.

 

Sheffield Wednesday is HIS investment. If Sheffield Wednesday go into admin - hes lost his investment.

EVERY £1 paid by a fan into the club account is a £1 he doesnt have to find. Every £1 short is a £1 he has to make up. OR - the club will go into administration as it wouldn't break even.. And then hes lost his investment, and we would be sold to a new investor for a nominal sum of money.

 

It really is THAT Simple.

The constant price hikes, threats to withdraw funding, multiple references to 'cashflow issues', front-loaded finance schemes, complaints about 'bad customers', repeated late payments and all that other stuff show clearly, whatever he might publicly say, that the decreasing investment is a serious problem to him. Ch*nsiri can't even afford to employ coaches unless they agree to a 50% wage reduction on relegation apparently. Starving him of money via boycotts is the ONLY way to get rid of him.

The strongest action isn't always immediately visible or immediate. EVERYBODY knows the "hit them in the pocket" mantra eventually works. It takes time though. Look at Brewdog. Might have taken a few years but customers have voted with their wallets and they are on their ar5e.

So to summarise, you want them to trawl through and pull out all of the posters in the threads where they've said it.

 

Then you want them to do some basic maths for you about how much ticket revenue and secondary spend the club is losing through lower attendance.

Can you explain your reasoning around that? Why does it have to be 100 boycott by POTD%?? Why does it have to be 'next to no season ticket sales?'

Either:-

 

A) He's decided not to invest any more money and therefore if he give him money, he might be able to carry on as chairman. Whereas if we don't give him money, he has to fund it himself which will force him to sell. 

 

Or B) He hasn't got the money left and if we continue to give him money, he might be able to cling on. However, if we defund him, it's administration/winding up order and he has to sell. 

 

So both options lead to him selling eventually, IF we don't fund him. 

 

So anyone who says it makes no difference is an idiot, a Chansiri bot, or both.

season tickets revenue has already been realised and cash has left for this year so giving up c£6-8m of revenue from most saying no will help.

so then we only have matchdays. Average POTD last year was around 3/4? say an average ticket price of £25/30? 
 

so revenue game by game on ticket sales now is next to fizz all thats why it needs to be done properly otherwise, meh.
