The only thing is that it would have been forum for adding pressure to DC. I would have liked the panel to ask straight up if DC is still trying to sell, if he ever was, and if he is willing to sell for a reasonable price etc.

Do we think this will send clearer message to DC and do we think he will be bothered by their non-attendance?

 

Asking for the panel to be independently administered by the FSA us a good move though and shows the club to be unreasonable by not at least having FSA representation, almost like a mediator. We know there was a big row over the minutes and their authenticity last time.

He either wouldn't answer those questions, or if he did it would be as follows... 

 

 "it's none of your business, if you want me to sell - you find a buyer or make me an offer. sell your house,  blah blah, more BS".

I don't know how many times this has been pointed out or needs pointing out BUT...

1) Chansiri says stuff but you can't trust it
2) It's irrelevant what he says - you can't trust it
3) It's irrelevant what he says - it's what he DOES that counts
4) You can judge him on his actions not his words
5) He's answered it already many many many times before

I’m sure we all know enough about Chansiri by now to know you wouldn’t get a straightforward answer to that question. A 15 minute rant maybe but not a meaningful answer.
