Popular Post @owlstalk Posted August 24, 2025 Popular Post Posted August 24, 2025 Im appealing here to all fans Im calling for 100% unity Here is what I propose All fans groups commit to being under the umbrella of the Trust as one big unified fans umbrella group All fans commit to joining whichever fans group best represents their personal needs (eg rainbow owls, American owls etc etc) Once the umbrella group is achieved and is mobilised we stand a better chance of the fanbase being unified and together in our quest to improve this club Each individual fans group can continue to represent their members and operate as usual to help improve the club in meaningful ways, and with the reassurance that they will immediately have more weight and power but also that there will be less division in our fanbase which I think is what we all are seeking 12 11 2 94 Owlstalk Shop

4evaowl Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 It certainly would make sense, particularly in the circumstances we are in. Also, if I were a new owner, I'd want to be dealing with a single supporter body, where the various groups that represent specific interest groups are affiliated to a single, umbrella Supporters Group. 1 1

@owlstalk Posted August 24, 2025 Author Posted August 24, 2025 It also cuts out the main complaint from fans about fans groups - that they all just bicker and argue amongst themselves and there is no cohesive vision as a fanbase 3 1 Owlstalk Shop
Plonk Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 Any group that refuses to do this are proving that they are putting their self interest above the interest of the club. Please don't do that. 1 6
Nobsworth Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 As Billy Bragg once said "There is power in a union" 1 2
Reytowl Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 Totally agree with this. SO important that we unite and stick together. We all want the same thing- Wednesday to kick on and prosper. No better fan base than when we are all together- Peterborough 2nd leg really showed what we can achieve! 1 1

Have they been approached again, and when was it?
