Hopefully the bizzle is being cautious and a deal can be agreed soon,  so that new owners can have some input into the transfer window but due diligence and EFL sign off is in September and considered a formality

They won’t want to spunk a load of cash on a team near guaranteed to go down 

 

I’d bet money they would be perfectly happy not to have the clamour for expensive signings
