shandypants Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago (edited) I’ve just posted something similar in another thread. Hi @SWFC Trust Could I suggest that (the collective) we start a campaign led by the Trust to push that: Chansiri gets the bare minimum payment from admin (essentially, his 25%) but only after the other creditors have their 25% first? that monies left after this initial 25% are used to pay the other creditors to in full before Chansiri gets anything more? I know that we can’t push for any legal ruling but we could try to sway public opinion. Edited 5 hours ago by shandypants 1
Sambo89 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago It's absolutely shocking that he's entitled to anything at all, he should have to essentially cut his losses and never been seen again. But... As Chansiri is a creditor, wouldn't him not receiving what he's technically owed, in line with the administration deal, mean a points deduction next season as not all creditors have been satisfied? Or have I got that wrong? 4

Pablo Bonvin Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago We can't bend the rules so he gets less I'm afraid. That's just the way these things work. I'd love him to get nothing but it won't happen. 2 3
matthefish2002 Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago I think we would all prefer Chansiri to not get a penny but it is what it is. Give him the the minimum he is legally entitled to get and we move on. 1 3
Inspector Lestrade Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Pay him back at rate of £1 a month and charge him £1.50 for service fees
swfcGibbo Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago This is one of the downsides of admin unfortunately. But in our situation we've had some many positives Vs negatives by going into admin that this is just part of the process. He's still pissed away vast sums of wealth on a vanity project for his kid without any type of planning or business acumen. 1 1
BOOFABI Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Has Chansiri caught up to all missed wage payments yet?
trumbullowl Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I would imagine the way the proceeds from the sale are doled out is formulaic and not discretionary. 1

He had zero involvement from the moment the Administrators took over. The club, under the control of the administrators, settled the player and staff wage arrears weeks ago. As to the wider point, how about we just let the experts get on with doing what needs to be done to secure the club’s future. Petty vindictiveness was his trait, not ours. 1

Blergh Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago 1 hour ago, BOOFABI said: So admin was an exchange of control over the club for settling what he owes agree second point, dont really care about a process we have no input in or functional knowledge of The admins were appointed because the club / Chansiri couldn’t pay its bills. Chansiri didn’t settle any bills before he left. Thats why we’re in administration. It’s the admins job to dispose of the club and its assets in a way that ensures that those owed money get the maximum possible amount of the money they’re owed back. In a situation like ours where the business is salvageable, they run the club as a going concern until it’s sold. It’s not a given that wages are paid or settled by a business in administration but with fans coming back and income coming into the club, the admins were able to pay the wage arrears. The Admins get paid by the buyer when the club is sold, they don’t make money from controlling the club.
elated owl Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago If we’re asking the trust any questions this evening I’d like to know why one of their members (someone who’s spoken from a senior perspective at meetings) is being allowed to reference the administrators in such a negative way on his social media channels. At best it’s unprofessional and, at worst, disingenuous and potentially extremely disruptive to ongoing discussions with potential suitors.
room0035 Posted 46 minutes ago Posted 46 minutes ago Yes Chansiri is getting 25% but he is losing 75%, instead of focusing on the £10-15m he might get, look at the £100's of million he has lost due to his own stubbornness to take advice from anyone, other than the one man benter than him n Paxo. We have 4 week then we are no long owed by the Thai fool - the next 18 month will be hard but hopefully July 2027 we are looking forward to our season back in the championship and pushing to the top end of the league and who know we could go back to back! 1
