Popular Post shandypants Posted 4 hours ago Popular Post Posted 4 hours ago All I’m hearing recently is things like “potential buyers are pulling out because the price is too high” or “the administrators have told the bidders the want x amount”, and similar things. A few weeks back Kris Wigfield said “the market will dictate at what price the club is valued”. Effectively, there is no set price for the club; the administrators are legally bound to accept the highest offer for anyone that passes the criteria that dictates they can make an offer. Let’s all just chill out and let the administrators get on with their tasks. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cj41l4dxzjqo 16
MF TAZ Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I hate to say it but…. vibes are lowkey off bruh no interesting bidders or any interesting news doesn't look great we’re a distressed pile of sh*t 9
Willie Henderson Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago We're only worth whatever someone's willing to pay, and we are a bit of basket case, but one with the best fans in the world. It will all work out fine in the end, be patient and let Kris do his stuff. 1 2
shandypants Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago But we don’t know that. Kris Wigfield said there would be “radio silence” until 5th December. Everyone is just speculating. 2 4

JackOwl1867 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Because our fanbase are a bunch of reactionary monkeys, always have been. Its tiresome tbh. Constant meltdowns over the slightest thing. 9

Everyone is just speculating. The article in the Athletic was very reassuring, as it confirmed that at least two bids have met the £30m threshold to avoid a points deduction next season. The 5th December deadline looks like it's being pushed back, though... 1
MBMitchell Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I don't see why everyone is stressing, they are assessing the bids, it'll be around 5th Dec, though I'm sure I heard somewhere it could be later. I don't know if it's since Kris said the Walton's aren't one of them, people seem to be losing their poo. We as fans can't now particularly change everything, the bids have been rendered and it is what is and time will tell. 4
New Maple Staple Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I can't wait for people to start speculating about people speculating 2
Popular Post Daz Posted 3 hours ago Popular Post Posted 3 hours ago Kris Wigfield 'We're optimistic because we've seen the level of bids coming in. These are going to mean we can fulfil our duties to hit 25 pence to the pound .' So if bidders lost out because they did not offer this level of bid, then some of them may squeal and prove they were not the right parties for us. If they want the club they had the choice to bid higher. Also note the plural... BIDS. Let the process play out - don't understand the concerns to be honest. 1 9

And let’s be honest, Simon Jordan is one of those squealing and I think we can all assume he is just a tyre kicker at best and full of 5h1t at worse. 2 2
