Popular Post rekkers Posted 21 hours ago Popular Post Posted 21 hours ago An awful thing to see, and despite the crowd calling the stewards repeatedly, they did nothing. One actively turned away instead of intervening. One of the fellas was with his young son and daughter too, the latter of which was crying her eyes out. I don't know what kicked it off, but fighting amongst ourselves is ridiculous, especially as we should all be moving in the same direction now we have our club back. I hope the club address the stewarding as it was unacceptable to watch a man get punched repeatedly with, no efforts to stop it. 3 34
Almat Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Appalling to read. There really should be a way of stopping this sort of happening especially when kids witness it. Maybe I've dreamt this but aren't there 'special' stewards who are there specifically for stepping in when something like this happens? 1
Frazzlebeak Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago They should not be fighting but playing devils advocate do the stewards get paid to stop fights? Is not a police matter? I know this is poking the hornets nest on a wider scale but I don’t know the answer 1
Lightning Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Is that when the 4 stewards ran along the front of the North stand? Maybe they were the tactical response team.
Popular Post Waddle_8 Posted 21 hours ago Popular Post Posted 21 hours ago (edited) Looked to me like the instigator was having a go at people for leaving after their 3rd goal and then started throwing punches. As you say, his young daughter was in tears after witnessing it and had to chase him out of the stadium. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Hope he’s found and banned. Stoop Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Anyone having a go at someone with kids leaving early is a full weight pillock. As any parent knows going home early from almost anything is a likely scenario, especially so when it’s cold and weeing it down 5
Popular Post MF TAZ Posted 21 hours ago Popular Post Posted 21 hours ago news flash a lot of our fans are utter morons 1 34

Kopparberg Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago This sounds a simply WTF situation People that punch other fans at matches seem to have major behavioural issues 4
onslow Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Was it a Fight, or was it a Feyt ? World of difference or even worse, a Fete 3

I assume most stewards are on minimum wage with the most basic of training ? 2 2

They'll be told to monitor and report 2 1
