Felt a bit for him today, delighted he got the 2 goals ,but Bannan should have took that pen.

As for next season,yeah he should do well in Div 1 ,but still need an experienced battering ram up front.

.thought he showed flashes at Millwall and again today and took both goals really well ....a run of starts if the manager gives them  will tell us more .

We don't have much to celebrate right now but I think these two will be bright lights next season, so give them as much playing time this season as possible.

 

Cads isn’t a natural finisher, he won’t be leading the line for us 

He can strike a ball but he’s still got a lot of work to do to improve his all round game . 
 

Could be stronger and decision making is a little poor .

well done today though on 2 great goals . Unfortunately the penalty was poor , could be a player in there for sure 

The perfect player for us in what will be a very exciting League 1 campaign.

He’s definitely more of a no.10 like Windass who links things up, rather than an out and out striker. What I did like today was that he was finally taking a touch and getting his head up. Needs to work on that body strength though. 

I like him, needs to improve his decision making and concentration levels though. 

Think he'll end up being a 10 more often than a 9, don't necessarily see him being a prolific scorer like he was in his youth.

What I want to see the rest of the season is enough from younger players to think some could flourish in league one next season. Would help reduce how many players we need to sign

A season of games at league one level might really help him blossom, will be interesting to see 

Got summat about him. Shame he missed the pen because he was otherwise very good today, especially the first half.

They’ll need an older head to guide them in that league. A Lee Gregory to play off will help them massively

Spoke to a ManU fan about McNeil - said he was a terrific finisher - a striker - we need to play him in that role maybe 2 up top (but played as 2 should - ie close together not one with one behind 

He is not a 10. He is not a “wide right” His passing is not great and he never looks up quick enough BUT if he is a player (and he hasn’t been given a chance yet) I think it’s as An out and out striker (but not on his own)
