Not sure is this is the 1st actual concrete offer but do we want him , I for one would take anyone at this moment in time

If only there was a thread somewhere to thoroughly debate this.

Beggars can't be choosers.

Ashley isn't my dream owner by any stretch, but at least we would be run as a business.

His son in law is supposedly a Wednesday fan too.

Maybe stating the obvious, but it depends who the other bidders are, what they're bidding and what their plans are.

If Ashley were the only alternative to Chancers reign of destruction then I'd drive him to Hillsborough myself. But equally he comes with a bit of a reputation, so I'd like to see what other options are on the table.

I'd have him

People seem to have this amazing thing of the Walton's taking over, they aren't interested.

Say what you want, but he would run us probably and would then sell us on imo for a profit, which means he's done a good job

I thought KW was reported as saying that the £30m had been hit as we would not be subject to the 15 point deduction.  If I am right this is purely speculation and considering the NDAs in place I would not expect us to know for another 10 days or so

Stop believing Owlstalk myths, especially ones that have been busted in the past.
