Frustrated tonight. We're down with a poor squad. But when you get referees not giving a penalty like that, after we fought so hard all game, it's very hard to take.

Look on the bright side, you might not get to go to Stevenage at least as they're top of L1 and could well be above us. Maybe Stockport as well.

Forgot to mention, 1st Round of the FA Cup, and EFL Trophy or what ever they call it now.

It’s easy for refs to not give us anything, we are a dead duck so they don’t feel pressured to give decisions. Hence why teams at top get things and those at bottom don’t.

Sounds like a much better performance tonight.

However, is there a reason why we are not bringing the youngsters on as subs? Is this the Manager’s choice or something else?

Bannan and Pederson seemed a bit heated at the end there.

Anyone able to lip read?

Pederson might have been having a go

at Bannan for another needless booking - I know I would if I were HP.

No manager is going to be interested in taking the job atm, new ownership or not.

They're not going to get some war chest to rebuild the squad in January.

Get to the end of the season, or near to it, thank Hendrik for his efforts and then move him on.

I get what you’re saying and you can use all the arguments in the world about his hands tied behind his back etc which of course are valid but he’s not doing himself or his players any favours with the way he’s managing things at the moment and I know many will stick the boot into me with this opinion but that’s how I see things at the moment. I mean bringing on players for the last 5 minutes which in all honest regardless of a lack of quality he could’ve and should’ve done at least 20 minutes earlier.

Cause they simply aren't trusted.

And....

Thornton + Johnson for me should be playing more......

McNeill still lacking, but better than Ugbo for sure.

Bailey not impressing yet....

(Brown better.....)

Much better grit and determination. We know we aren’t very good but there’s some positives to take.

Work ethic and SOME players will be good for league one.

if we can sort our admin poo out for January try to build a squad for next season and enter it having won a few games.

90,000 all seater stadium built in 6 months.

HMS ******** the league  floats once again.

I noticed that. Personally I think Bannan might’ve been telling him he should’ve made his subs earlier?

I don’t think that’s right and, I’ll tell you why, because Ugbo still gets a game.
