Why do they need a 62k stadium??

Would look a lot better if the chimneys weren't so tall, in my opinion. 

Retractable roof and moveable pitch suggests they will be aiming for the big stadium tours from musicians and possibly NFL games. 

Move on from the past, ffs.

At 1:10 on the video, just after Brum have scored and it's showing the crowd celebrate, why does Blackburn Rovers FC have an executive box at Birmingham's proposed new ground? 

Have a look and please explain it to me, because I'm at a loss to understand it.

Floodlight pylons instead of chimneys would make more sense
