I imagine we'd just bring in an emergency loan again if Horvath became unavailable again, so the fact he's gone out on loan probably doesn't mean that much.

But we usually do matchdays with three keepers in the building/on the pitch warming up don't we?

On the off chance Horvath/Stretch pulled up or fell ill during the warm ups - Barrett would be then on the bench

I also doubt we'd send Barrett away if Charles was nowhere near.

It means Horvath gets benched & Stretch can play some games for the under 21s. Then we do a rethink in January.

Sending a senior (age wise at least)  keeper out on loan whilst we have an emergency keeper in on loan?

God, just remembered that we're going to have Horvath playing in the derby and now I'm dreading it.

Barrett gone on loan  - could this mean Charles is back for the pigs game ….. please please please

Reckon so because we wouldn't be able to bring in another keeper on loan

It's not on topic but once we're sorted I'd really like to make a serious move for his brother.

Reyt player with a family tie.

Same here, but it looks like he’s joining Danny at Ibrox.

I didn't know that. Oh dear.

It looks like Danny is getting them sorted. Happy with Henrik though.

Reminds me of playing FM and having "favourite" players I'd buy off old clubs when I took new jobs.

No chance, they couldn't afford him and neither could we. Hes heading to the Prem

This. It’s amazing how these stories always seem to emerge during an international break where there’s nothing to talk about…. Why would / do Saints even need to sell him? If a Prem team comes in with big money then sure, but I’d genuinely be surprised if Rangers could afford to pay a £10-12M fee, and I can’t imagine you’d get him for any less. Frankly that’s probably undervaluing him.

Exactly saints paid £15m for him 2 years ago, he probably leaves for double at some stage.
