Talk about Chansiri dont care about us. The EFL only care about fulfilling fixtures

Stadium memorabilia would be worth quite a bit.

35,000 seats at say @£100 each (based on Man U looking at £200 per seat, if redeveloped)

20,000 squares of turf 300mm x 300mm @ £10 each.

Doors and sinks...even bogs.

Light fittings

Signs and such in the stadium.

Reckon around  £7m before demolition.

10 acres, 150 houses maybe.

Luckily for us channers would want £65m for it. And not be able to sell it.

It may well be that there is a lot of demand for the club at administrator prices. People who were looking to pay £40m would certainly pay off the football debts and HMRC. Less than £10m I would guess. They then have £30m to spend on sorting the infrastructure out and trying to get the EFL to cut back on the transfer bans. DC would look a right mug. He'd just be left with the ground having turned down offers of £40m. Maybe the new owners would ground share for a bit to put the squeeze on DC until he sells as there might not be much he can do with the ground unless it's as a football ground. 

That's Chansiri's dilemma. If we get a winding up order, I wonder if he as given it any thought what he would do with the ground. One side of me is wishing it on him, but at what cost to our club and fans if that was the case.

Understandable where you're coming from but the two bodies could work together. The EFL apply sanctions as they do currently which is evidence for IFR enquiries and action.

Presumably, to counter any appeal and owner comes up with, the IFR will point to the history of EFL sanctions as evidence of the owner's mismanagement.

Given it a thought ? What’s that? Thinking ,planning not in his dna , when regulator or hmrc turn up they’ll get same response as politicians..,.,what’s it to do with you !!

ns no one can second gusess what hes doing or even tyhinking.

I really don't get where your coming from. So you know exactly what hes thinking or even second guessing. You obviously have the answers so you think his response to the HMRC who have  a little more power than one of our MP's. will be the same.  Doubt it. He doesn't have to answer to an MP unless you know differently.

I’ll bow to your superior knowledge of how he handles things ( or might not do) he’s shown little to no forward planning on anything he’s ever done in the entire time he’s been here!  He might not have to answer to any mp but he’ll certainly have to answer to hmrc if they come calling or do you know differently on that one? I said it in jest because he apparently thinks he doesn’t have to answer to anybody which has been well documented before
