Liam_Baggies Posted November 24 Posted November 24 YEEEEESSSS! Stewart and Thelwell sacked. Get to **** yer rotten swines. The Americans have just saved their takeover. 1
edinburghowl Posted Tuesday at 13:00 Posted Tuesday at 13:00 Hilarious the comments in here, from Weegies, and from their press. We finally lose a football match, the last team in British professional football to lose their unbeaten record, we are sat on 30 points from 39 and Hearts are apparently in crisis and bottling it. It’s the first time we’ve not scored a goal this season, we had 4 first team starters missing, we still completely dominated the game and conceded to a lucky deflection. Another day we win that game 3 or 4-1. Just like Livi we had a stonewall penalty denied by VAR too. Aberdeen got very lucky. Hearts will be fine

It will be interesting to see who the replacements will be and what happens to all the hires they made. Isn’t his son still head of recruitment?

Thelwell junior and Dan Purdy are still there but I think there days are numbered. The whispers are is that its Röhl that has really driven this change based on the assessment he has provided to Andrew Cavanagh of the existing playing staff. I suspect Röhl will lead the January recruitment whilst the board looks at appointing a new technical director. 1
SiJ Posted Tuesday at 16:10 Posted Tuesday at 16:10 Apparently, Danny assessed the squad with a traffic light system: Red = poo and so forth. Danny ain't going to mess about. The guy is super ambitious and clearly aims to get to the very top. People might turn their nose up at Rangers and the SPL, but it's a huge opportunity for him and he knows it. Get Rangers competing and winning trophies (in what has been a one sided league for much of the last two decades) and clubs from the Premier League, Bundesliga etc., will start to take notice.

Van Bronchhurst took Rangers to a Europa league final and they sacked him 2

I think he will have been surprised at the lack of quality in the team given the money spent. How do you think Röhl’s traffic light system has gone? My guess: Green - Butland, Tavernier, Souttar, Barron, Raskin. Yellow - Diomande, Gassama, Danilo, Cameron, Curtis, Nsiala, Kelly. Red - Aarons, Chermiti, Dowell, Aasgaard, Djiga, Miovksi, Rothwell, Fernandez, Antman, Meghoma, Sterling, Bajrami, Matondo.

The Americans are willing to pump sum more money in but clearly weren’t going to trust that prat to oversee it. As for Rohls traffic light: Green - Butland, Tavernier, Gassama, Curtis Yellow - Souttar, Raskin, Cameron, Barron, Cornelius, Moore, Diomande Then the rest of them are all red. Tbh, I wouldn’t be disappointed to see any of them leave aside from the four in the green. Cornelius, Dionande and Barron are flirting with the red zone.
Owl.1867 Posted Thursday at 20:45 Posted Thursday at 20:45 Celtic win away in Europe. That's it. That's the headline. 1
TomBee Posted Thursday at 20:52 Posted Thursday at 20:52 Another fortuitous moment goes Röhl's way, where was this luck with us?
owls maniac Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago Bad week for Danny. All but out of Europe and now dropped points at home to Falkirk. Great week for Celtic. MON is rolling back the years!
