Just the kind of defender you need in league 1, id like to see him stay.

New owners come in having spent millions for the club, ambitious for a return to the champ and push on, a key consideration is the manager/head coach. They ask themselves, what was Pedersons record like before Wednesday, not very good, whats his record like at Wednesday, mitigation accepted but still terrible. They aren't going to conclude I know let's give him a try and see how it goes, it just will not happen.

I think Brown's got the most potential out of our young strikers, only one with a decent all round game from what ive seen.

Agree with most, was Bannans to take and if not Bannan it still shouldn't be McNeill just because he'd scored 2. Surprised Bannan allowed this quite frankly. I dont think McNeill is Championship standard unfortunately and I really hope I have to eat my words in future.

H.P won't be manager next season No reason to not have Bannan or Palmer in league 1 next season, as usual Bannan been our best player this season.

Today reminded me of Lee Bullens last game when it was clear he was struggling. What also concerned me today was been 0- 3 at home with a few mins left and we still didn't have men back with absolute gaping holes in our defence, the game had gone it was about pride was absolutely no benefit playing open, get players behind the ball and save a bit of pride it could have been 0-6. Just showed complete lack of awareness or ability to adapt.

Id be extremely surprised if Pederson is the manager next season, hopefully he can stay at the club in some capacity. Unfortunately I think he's a little out of his depth at this level, today's game very much reminded me of Bullens last game in charge when it was clear to most it wouldnt work out. The task this season was mission almost impossible and Pederson agreed to step up in very difficult circumstances , this of course also massively reduces pressure and expectations which is why fans haven't been calling for him to be replaced, we understand. However with the obvious mitigation is he still underachieving and if so does it really matter. I dont think it does matter now hes just keeping us ticking along until the new owners appointed a new manager to take us forward, looking at available evidence Pederson isnt that man, managers with a good record often get replaced with new owners Pederson hasn't achieved any managerial success to the point he accepted a job as a number 2, hes not manager to take us forward.

Give it time and you'll catch up.

Why on earth in the last few mins at 0 - 3 down in a match where local pride is everything are getting caught out at the back time and again, absolutely useless from Pederson that should not happen.

Ive been saying it since day 1 Pederson isnt a manager for this level, nice man and difficult circumstances of course but his record isn't very good and his spell with us has done nothing to change that.
