  1. I think you've nailed our best formation and likely starting lineup Vs Preston. Ugbo will score with a good winger like he did when we had Poveda. Charles Iorfa Cooper M. Lowe Valery Bannan Chalobah Amass Redmond Ugbo J. Lowe That's a nice first team. Injuries will likely hamper this starting lineup.
  2. Charles Valery Iorfa Otegbayo Lowe Bannan Chalobah Kobacki Ingelsson Lowe Ugbo Palmer is going to be a very important player for us this year off the bench stepping in to any hole we have in the back four or defensive mid. Bernard will be great again.
  3. Put "is a" on the kop and "tvvat" on the south stand.
  4. As long as there's an owl riding the unicorn can't see anyone having an issue
  5. Plymouth also have a bit of a tricky run, yes they beat Liverpool and then beat Millwall 5-1 but I don't think they will survive Blackburn, Luton, Cardiff and then Man City without getting themselves brought back to the ground.
  6. I think if we get those results vs those six we'll make the playoffs. Some well performing teams you are talking about taking 8 points off.
  7. We already beat them away and don't they have Barnsley's centre backs that we beat at Wembley?
  8. To be fair legal stuff in on that paper that's like A4 but longer
  9. Windass is a lovely fella, met him the other day, let's leave out personal attacks. Imo he has only done what any of us would do in his shoes and play his cards a bit. If my contract was up in the summer, which his currently still is (as we have not extended yet) I would be testing the water, especially if I too were in the form of my career.
  10. Is it me or are the press trying to trip him up with all the questions about the fans.
  11. The principle still stands, if we have a system that the youth academy play to that mirrors the first teams approach and we continually invest and grow the youth system we will produce enough talent. How many players have you seen where the talent is clearly there but the application is lacking, it's a coaching problem. So many talented players don't achieve their potential and we can say as many times as we like it's the fault of the player but if the environment and culture is not right the player can't thrive. Imagine how good Vardy would be if he wasn't ignored and instead pulled aside and encouraged. Any flaw isn't worked on it just leads them to be dropped because there are so many people willing to put the time and effort in but it's not a one way street. The culture throughout football is too geared for fast profit and results. Players need time and support, consistently for years, decades infact.
  12. Better if he stays at Lincoln. If we go down he'll be ready to lead the line. If we stay up (as I expect us to) he might be ready to push into the team. Less pressure the better at this time. Let him play.
  13. They had three players down on the ground at for of our corners, they played the ref well.
  14. I suspect you've hit the nail on the head regarding alcohol. If we could be trusted to have a pint on the terrace it would be louder. I don't for one minute think it would go well for us initially but the revenue generated could pay for more stewards. What authority prevents alcohol in the stands in England?
  15. When we play through the park, like Musaba's last goal. Beautiful!
