    Yesterday I told the Mrs that the best cure for constipation is a**l sex. She didn’t believe me at first but I eventually convinced her to give it a try. Today I said we should have another go ‘cause I’m still constipated.

    Hillsborough is a problem but not the problem. Much as I and most other Owls fans love it, the stadium is from another era. It’s falling apart and doesn’t have the space or the facilities you would expect of one of the major clubs in English football, which is what we should aspire to.
