  1. No, and don’t get me wrong. I’m not blaming people. But I don’t think we’d fill it at £15 for this game. Given all the reasons you mention. I’m a season ticket holder, so no dog in the fight really. But fair play for committing to the 4 games. I’d rather it be full at any price, regardless of what I’ve paid.
  2. We have a great core support despite years of garbage. That’s not disputed. But that’s 20-22k. The point I am making is many who claim we’d fill it cheaper, when it’s simply not true.
  3. Because it was all bluster. Like the age old ‘make it £20 and we’ll fill it every week’. People won’t pay to see us lose and barely have a shot every week. Like every football club we’ve a lot of fans who only come when the going is good. It’s like the TPP debate. It’s died again until we play at Bramall lane. Because we are rubbish and every game is hitting general sale.
  4. Still got a spare adult if anyone’s looking.
  5. Waistcoat carling…..correct
  6. ……at Southampton is a bit of a stretch tbh mate. He literally dropped the first one in the net.
  7. I am willing to accept we aren’t good enough against most, if not all teams in this division. What I am not willing to accept is giving up at 1-0. Being second to 50/50 balls, being outrun, outworked. One team was up for that game yesterday…..and it wasn’t us. Make no bones about it, putting in a decent showing (even in defeat) vs them lot was the only thing left for us footballing wise this season, and we turned that out.
  8. I’ve a last minute spare adult ticket if anyone is after one? Upper tier. Can meet at London Bridge or at the ground. Won’t have time to return it now.
  9. To be fair, the team need to at least give something for us to shout about. We’ve not even tested their keeper. Half of them looked like they didn’t want to be on the pitch after the pigs went 1-0 up. It took us 42 mins to get a corner…..which was taken short and ended up at Horvath. We’ve backed these lads up and down the country, today we needed them to turn up.
  10. Exhausted? We’ve not played for 15 days!!
  11. For those saying it will be just used on the blades in the upper tier, I think we can safely assume it will be reciprocated at the lane. I’ve no issues with it so long as it’s used appropriately. I’m getting sick of being over policed at away games. Wallets searched, coins confiscated etc. It feels like time and resources could be spent policing bigger issues in the country right now. But that’s a wider discussion.
  12. Alright, shake it off
  13. General sale……but…..but……it’s a closed shop!!!! People can’t get away tickets because everyone just buys a kids ticket and doesn’t go!?!? Oh no…..it’s just miles away and we are losing games again.
  14. Ours have seat numbers on them. Weird.
  15. Somebody on here will have a proper answer on it I am sure. But that’s my best guess! I’ve even resorted to buying the away purple monstrosity. As you said previously I’ll never wear it because I’d look ridiculous also
  16. I don’t know the ins and outs of it, but can companies pay staff from donations? Would a donation be subject to tax? I don’t know. As I say it’s a great idea, love the sentiment, not having a dig, just feel there might be some reason we can’t just give money.
  17. Agree and like the sentiment but alternatively just buy something mate. Buy a membership, buy a horrible shirt, buy a ticket and give it to a friend.
  18. Said Deijphon to potential buyers just before settling for 25p on the pound
  19. I’m not that one, whoever it may be.
  20. Now then……. G’it nickname back
  21. Both shirts. Might be back for that retro jacket over the weekend
