The group that met the council is the McAvoy group. Apparently their whole thing is building stuff and their Interest in Weds is linked to getting invovled in lots of infrastructure stuff / government contracts. Sounds exciting, only slight concern is not sure Weds would be the focus of their interest more of vehicle to get their business going here .... Could be great for the city tho ...

If you want an excuse to justify your position of hating Wednesday enough to come on here and post then that's a matter for you but pls don't suggest Weds fans were generally hoping Derby would go as that is total and utter rubbish. Sounds like Leeds are gonna really glory in our demise. That's a shame but don't find excuses. The real reason I suspect is that you don't have a true rival who really cares about you lot and so have to create flase narratives and drama to stir interest and justify moronic behaviour
