we'll miss out on Stevenage though...

Preston at home, on a dank November day, Christmas coming up, guaranteed relegation, -4 points, a really bad team to watch, scored three league goals at home all season, haven't won a home game for knocking on 8 months, all for £35, got slaughtered By our neighbours last time out with barely a whimper, what's not to like....?

I was thinking along the lines if one of the 'big' clubs were ever in our position, what would they get?

The WORST player on the pitch tonight by a mile

I thought he looked a handful, but Amass did well against him. -
played well against that big 24 for them – he looked a handful.

There's not many football clubs that have spent the best part of a quarter of a century outside the top flight, on minus 5 points and certainties for relegation to the third tier (again), with a depleted squad, on a bonfire night, in midweek, whilst on TV, could get over 28,000 fans in.

He needs someone to play off, otherwise he's just busting a gut going it alone and he's no David Hirst. He did well and tipped the balance back our way.

just bought mine. £30 for a seat on the south stand should be the general going rate for a championship game, no matter who we are playing. -
this version – yes I know not the original – the few tweaks improved it. Nothing else – no shields, no text
-
think I'd stop supporting them if that was the badge...
-
Eh?
-
We need to be brave and ditch any ideas of shields and unnecessary stuff around the owl – including text. Leave the gaps at the side of the head. I personally prefer a straighter line on the foot as opposed to the original curve. The yellow filled in one we had on the away shirts in the 90s is rotten. We need strict branding guidelines to stop this happening – badge can shift in colour depending on what it is on but must remain the same logo, thickness of line etc – although this means that a negative line (white on black) can appear thicker due to how our eyes work. Re the old/new Chansiri badge. I believe this would have worked well back in the days when badges were embroidered rather than vectorised – hence why the Chansiri badge looked cartoonish – some things don't translate well. Just my two pence worth – about 40 years of experience of doing and teaching this stuff for a living;–P

Shoot the Dippy Egg Boards. Like clay pigeon shooting. £10 half hour shoot. Oust The Traitors Throw wet sponges at Chansiri fans who have their face stuck through a Sheff Utd team photo' £10 per hour. Hunt the Old Badge one for the kids – they get to run around Hillsborough and any semblance of the Chansiri reign they get to remove with a flame thrower. £20 per day. Get Your T - Shirts. Have a Chansiri slogan printed on a T–shirt. "Sell Your House" "Be Respect" "Bad Customer" "I'm a Successful Businessman" £1 a letter. £15 shirt (plain white cotton)

I want a book about the last 10 years – maybe he can write the foreword? -
Involve local food and drink suppliers – pop up stalls – rather than the over priced food options we currently have – local suppliers could hire a stall – be a potential money spinner too. Get the kit and badge design sorted and think about better quality merchandising – no over priced tat or dippy egg boards. The 70s owl – designed properly to a strict brand guide – print it on anything – it'll sell. Strict brand usage and guidelines means that you don't get stuff like the rimming owl on the Leppings Lane stand happening. Wednesday have a few famous fans – think of fund raising – Hawley, Pulp, Rev, Self Esteem, etc – gig at Hillsborough. Monetise the facilities more – I went to one of those driver awareness courses at Rotherham Utd once... Make POTG affordable again and in line with season ticket prices – not everyone wants a season ticket for a variety of reasons. These are immediate fixes. Then the other stuff like having some players follows once we are able to do so.

Should have ended with the words "Now be respect" with a winky emoji.
