  1. Selling Gyokeres for £25m helped Coventry get where they are now. Bought 4 or 5 decent players with the money
  2. And yet there are some cities with multiple grounds. South Yorkshire is really poor as an area to obtain any sort of activity or funding. You name it, we don’t get it.
  3. SWFC owes DC £54m. The £30m covers 25% to DC (£13.5m), £7.5m to New Avenue to buy the stadium, HMRC debts, other creditors, Administration fees.
  4. Further proof that the owners down the road don’t have a clue. Maybe it’s their turn to be run by a fuckwit
  5. They changed the rule so if the ball even slightly overhangs the line it’s ok. The rule makers try to justify it comparing it to all the ball being over the line for a goal or out of play.
  6. Reality check for some. A lot of people have known for while that our season was ended in June. They also know our team is poor and has probably has over achieved. It may improve a bit in January with new owners but don’t get too down when we lose this year. Look forward to next season.
  7. Dorsett is full of poo. Not just with SWFC either
  8. This is what happens when everything runs through him. United put a man on him every time and there’s no one to take on the opposition
  9. He has been filling in for a few years and sounds like a bag of nerves.
  10. I have a sneaky feeling that the ban on fees will be reduced to June 2026.
  11. Can’t blame him. In his 30’s, offered a 3 year deal on more money and was in a shitshow here at the time, continually not getting paid, club falling apart and an owner who was known for moving the goal posts at the last minute on deals.
  12. The only 100m ‘offer’ was from the US Italian guy who had previous for bids he couldn’t deliver on
  13. They’ll be able to built it with bin bags at this rate
  14. It happened this season. Yan Valery did an interview where he mention he wears 7 because of Chansiri
  15. More likely a system upgrade or fix somewhere
  16. All depends on the terms of the agreement. If SWFC ltd owed people payment upon reaching the Premier League, those agreements may now be null and void as in a few weeks, SWFC ltd won’t exist.
  17. Helan to re-emerge with new Middle Eastern owners.
  18. We aren’t getting-15. We will meet required rate to come out of administration
  19. Darren Moore tried to sign him from Salford but he chose West Brom in the championship instead
  20. Ebiowei is unlikely to be playing for anyone for a while
  21. There is a chance a preferred bidder could be named just before the derby.
  22. Getting a sell out or as near as we can may help flush out any potential suitors who are on the fence about buying us. Some of these people may be persuading others the investment is potentially worthwhile. We have to keep ‘selling the club’ in the next week or two. 1 - price point, show any new owner if prices are reasonable, we will buy, 2 - encourage any new owner to invest in the ground and facilities because we want to turn up and use them. There will be other motivations too. We may only get one shot at this, attracting a real big player who can help set things up for years and really advance the SWFC experience. Bonfires and fireworks aren’t all that and it’s going to rain on Wednesday any way. If you can afford to go, go. Help play a part in showing off this wonderful club of ours!
  23. The owner at Portsmouth was loaning them money at 20% or some high rate. That was outlawed as it caused Pompey to crash. £25m-£30m should do the job at s6 for everything. Chansiri gets £15m, HMRC may get 250k ish, all football related debts have to be paid in full and to my knowledge players and staff are not currently owed anything. New Avenue Projects will have to take possibly £2m (better than nothing if Sheffield 3 went bust) The people losing out will be suppliers.
  24. I wouldn’t trust that. Bannan is on 7k now due to embargo/restrictions in place when he renewed. Back to Ugbo, he looks like he’s simply not suited to modern football with pressing etc and would simply be a penalty box player. Trouble is, no one plays like that at the moment and his confidence is shot to bits.
  25. As some nutcase once said “what’s it got to do with them”
