Why do Burton and Exeter not have grass on there pitches so as a result we just have to run loads ? i want to see my team with hard working players who have a high standard of technical ability also. as i would think 99.9% of the fan base does doesnt matter where we play pitch is a pitch and a ball is a ball

For me Expectation vs Reality Expectation = 1st Year promotion (not bothered how) with a major squad revamp and off field structure put in place that can be built on over the next 5/10 years to make us a sustainable prem side in the future. Reality = at the moment transfer fee ban till 2027 limiting ability to improve squad by investing in younger players with higher sell ons (possible through free transfers but that pool tends to be smaller) inevitable teething issues of new structure possible you see like at rangers some appointments work some don't as it is in life. capacity of new owners (we don't know who they even are yet), this list can go on as a fan base the pressure will be on all involved in the club to get out of L1 ASAP as it should be. reality of it is we wont know how achievable it actually will be until we get there

for me he wouldn't be a great squad player due to the fact he technically lacks so much, in a league where we should presume we will be a favourite in most games have a lot of the ball and create a lot of chances he really isnt adding any value as he just doesn't have those tools to create, score or even control a football

Camp A all day move him on thank you for sticking by and consistently working ya knackers off but his complete lack of technical ability will still be a hindrance in league one start a fresh no scars from the previous ownership

Just reading a few things on the thread about why HP isnt just chucking the kids in i believe once they play they can then be classed as "established players" or whatever the term is in the laws of the EFL potentially preventing signing any players in embargo. so he really can only pick about 15 players and make the same subs week in and out

Yep did it in the 1st Half and Does it often, he just frustrates the hell out of me and has a lot of responsibility in this team and he just cant deliver on a technical level but wont ever fault his work ethic

Just Reading through the consensus is that it was ultimately the manner of how we lost for the main reason both manager and players are catching flack and i think that is warranted, were all fully aware that this squad is extremely limited for the level but we've seen numerous times this season they can dig out a performance out and it mostly hasn't gained a result that matched the effort. but as a fan base you still take pride in the lads and they receive massive amounts of credit. yesterday didn't hit that threshold in fact it was miles off it and I think the players will know that. Valery Lowe as 2 senior boys have to take responsibility for their performances probably along with the other 8 (amass exempt) personally Ingelsson is the player who frustrates me the most his application is fantastic but he has trampoline boots on every game But we go again wednesday !

All players once again running themselves into the ground again put the lack of quality is glaring Think Svante is perfect example works his knackers off but for me technically he’s absolutely woeful however will always support the lad and the other 10 on pitch with him (horvath dangerously close to been a exemption however)
