  1. Insolvency Event Can mean filing for bankruptcy. What the Trust can do, who knows
  2. So he faces a charge of trading while insolvent, a civil offence, which can become fraud and then of course a criminal offence. He can be ousted under present laws, why are we waiting for the Regulator?
  3. Yes I've heard it myself. Wednesday fans very vocal with their chansiri out singing. That's it for another 2 weeks Nobody cares. More to the point how does it get rid of chansiri? You think he gives a shıte because some unknown sports presenter mentions it?
  4. Good excuse. But the media don't really care, out of Sheffield anyway. Maybe a short sentence in the local rag, they'll do a short sob story when and if the time comes. Sky will mention it every time we're on, whether we sell out away or not. Sooner we help ourselves the better...the Lone foookin Ranger ain't coming over the hill, no matter how many or how few go to away games. I ain't going to urge people to stop going though. It's quite simply not my right to do so. But lame excuses make my tiṭs boil.
  5. Agree that is the best chance over the next year anyhow. The chancer always seems to come up with money at the very last minute, time after time he does it. Where's it coming from?
  6. Not subject to the FOI Act, meaning they are not legally obligated to respond. It might be leaked though. A club can give either, actual number at the game, or tickets sold. As far as I know all give the attendance as tickets sold. Arsenal were notorious for it at one time. Sometimes 10,000 less than the figure given. According to Arsenal fan groups....
  7. Yeah starting against the pigs.. I'm sure thousands of them will be in support and not turn up. (Just hope they don't notice we have 15,000 or so of our own fans who turn up every home game) or else it would make the plea look stupid, wouldn't it?
  8. Yes... Just looking at others like Sunderland, Chelsea and West Ham etc. How much their crowds have increased... We should have been similar, if decent owners these past 30 yrs...gone from bad to worst.
  9. Man U pestered us to death for Hirst.... In the end Francis said; OK Alex, £5M and Giggs and that will be the end of it. Fergie never rang back. He'd already gone from £3M up to £4.5M which would have been a British record at the time. And that's why we didn't get Giggs at Hillsborough......
  10. The problem the Regulator has in our case, amongst others, is the stadium.
  11. Never watch match of the day. Even with a dodgy stick I only watch us. I still get disappointed when we lose (not as bad now though) even when we lost 5-0 to Coventry I still though ffs ..even foookin Coventry taking the pișs and I know it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things...we are nailed on relegated but it still knocked my duck off for an hour or so. Hate the prem and all it stands for...yet want to get there...madness! Didn't watch England last night, international breaks for friendlies are nuts. Shouldn't be no breaks...bigger clubs better players and more of them. Could be like a forced handicap system, a leveler. Same at Christmas, managers moaning. Bolloxe, it's a game for the fans...entertainment. You have big squads use em, another leveler Will watch the World Cup and the Euros. Everything else...nah
  12. 1) Competition appeal tribunal 2) Decision being unlawful 3) Judicial review grounds 4) Procedurally unfair Court vs. arbitration: Unlike the old system that used closed-door arbitration, the IFR's decisions will be challenged in open court, leading to greater public, media, and political scrutiny.
  13. Quangos are seldom successful. Governments like quangos ... "New governments like to invent quangos to bring new effort to their priorities, such as Rachel Reeves’s Office for Value for Money. They also create distance from politicians, meaning that if something goes wrong they can blame the relevant quango, rather than their own department." The Guardian..
  14. They'll buy em incognito and once that's sold out they'll buy em in the south/kop.
  15. Wednesday United Be 60yrs before anyone turned up to watch... Mind you, some neutrals might go straight away.
  16. There's no precedent, the chancer will have loads of whataboutary to argue about. That's why they won't do him for historical stuff / retrospectively punished ....assuming nothing illegal went off. I reckon they'll issue warnings, it could drag on for months and months. They could take him on early and try and establish a legal precedent. I don't think they will.
  17. The Regulator won't risk going to court. Not in the near future...imho. "The last thing what we want to do is start getting involved with an individual club, an individual owner, without being able to work with that owner to try and resolve the issues that the club's facing and the owner's facing," Kogan said.
  18. How come you've changed your mind? You said, 'I've paid'..makes no difference, he's already had my money'. In fact you said it a few times. Have you only just realised that you can't gob off at others for going, when you go yourself? Nice to see you've seen sense at last, anyhow.
  19. You serious? It's jobs for the boys and so obvious it is. Nothing to do with jealousy
  20. £150k for 3 days per week + exes. (Working from home?) 1 day to sort the massive out....then a reyt throw off for 5 years. Well I want my donations back you useless foookers.
  21. Ffs. A labour donor. Who'd a foookin thunk it.
