Really hope they do , but sadly this sums up a majority of our fanbase - "lets get on the pitch and at least try to do somat to get rid of the scum from our club" "Yeh - lets go" "Hang on - bit windy out there and I might get mud on mi trainers" "Good call - lets go for a pint instead no queue" -

fair play then pal, but surely you can see we've hit a brick wall now and something has to give? was hoping the players would do it and strike, but looks like worldwide publicity from an abandoned game might be our best bet!! I just want the shitshow over so we can all get back and support the lads, whoever they are and whatever division they're in -

so yes it was aimed at you. I won't be invading as i haven't been for 2 years, neither have my family. For us not a penny more actually means that! what's your contribution been cos sadly up to now, and not saying you're one of these, but wearing a scarf and singing for 2 minutes has got nowhere!! so how have you played your part, cos as much as this situation is heartbreaking I know I've tried to play my part in change at least -

and this, in a nutshell, is the real problem!! There's a big picture here that sadly too many aren't getting. -
Probably time to boycott a league game...

i started 4 years ago...THAT was the time to start boycotting now sadly apathy is too high and, unless a significant step up in planned activity, it all seams a little pointless! -
I want to see him on grass

I'm not a season ticket holder anymore, haven't been for a few years since it was obvious what was coming - despite that my son and i have been members up until last season - but no more. The lad had 2 or 3 shirts a year for the last 15 years (birthdays and Christmas) - but no more. Our friends overseas will be helping us out once again. But like you all I'm angry, no furious, and frustrated at how little I can actually do. So I do my bit, and I urge everyone to do the same, it doesn't take long but may keep chipping away at Chancers foundations. I don't do much social media, but I do do Twitter!! and I hashtag every message #chansiriout. I cc in whoever I can, Att, Thai union group and press etc. It's small fry I know - but if it helps even a small bit to keep this two hat in the press then it's worth the effort. Interestingly a few weeks ago the email address of the efl was posted - so I gave it a go. It's not exactly the response I would have dreamed off, but it's a response at least. Every little helps.........................................!! WAWAW enquiries@efl.com Hello Craig Thank you for your email, we appreciate you getting in touch. We acknowledge your comments and recognise the strength of feeling amongst the Club’s fanbase at the current time. Further to the public comment the League has issued relating to the Club and Mr Chansiri, we are somewhat limited in terms of information we can disclose due to confidentiality matters. Naturally the EFL remains closely engaged with the Club, its staff, and with the Sheffield Wednesday Supporters Trust, as we work to address the challenges in respect of the Club’s ownership and ongoing financial position. Understandably these issues are complex, and the League shares fans’ frustrations in respect of ongoing matters, however the reality of the situation is the Club is in need of funding and running at a loss, with an owner either unwilling or unable to fund it moving forward. As a competition organiser, the EFL’s powers to intervene and force regime change in such situations are limited. In this regard, despite the actions of the owner, the EFL has not identified a Disqualifying Condition against him in the context of our existing rules (OADT), which limits any specific action in relation to his ongoing involvement or indeed any action to force divestment. Finally, the League continues to seek the necessary solutions for the long-term benefit of Sheffield Wednesday, its fans and wider community, and any further comment will be made at the appropriate time. Thank you for contacting the EFL.
