While I understand the sentiment. For me the narrative, is just getting a bit tiresome. The fact is we have played better against teams far better than United this season. Squad cost aside, United started the game only 2 points better off than us and people are going on like they are Prime Real Madrid. The fact the performance was so tepid is what’s annoyed me. No fight. No passion, No plan. If there was any game to show some appreciation to the fans it was yesterday. But they were garbage and it’s hard to see past that.

Based on this and other recent interviews it seems evident that their preferred owner(s) will be individuals already know to the EFL/ British. Both Paul and Kris have stated that highest bid wins, but it will also come down to who they think will offer the path of least resistance to pass fit and proper. Foreign Consortiums and buyers pose more risk and would potentially mean Begbies needing to stick way after the projected completion of January. They will have no interest in seeing things drawn out. The more of these interviews I watch, the more I’m convinced we aren’t going to end up with a multi billionaire owner. Really hope I’m wrong though

With 60 interested parties after only a few days It will take some time to establish who is actually even bidding. A good proportion of the interested parties won’t even be known until NDAs have been agreed. He gave a really good insight on the Wednesday Week pod posted lastnight.

IMO, the size of the points deduction will determine if a take over does or doesn’t happen. No one In their right mind would pay an already inflated price for a club on -10/15 points and essentially a league 1 club. Based on the EFL statement It seems like they know this, and said they would be looking to expedite any sale should a buyer come along.

Based on Macrons output this summer, I hope they are on Channers “monies owed” list. If not, they should be
