No Mate, a winding up order means he has to settle the debt or appoint an administrator. If he does neither an administrator will be appointed on behalf of HMRC to sell the club and/or its assets for the best possible price to satisfy debts.

Yes, we renewed in December, thinking the money would go towards a bit of a push for the top 6 but will not be doing the same next time if Chansiri is still around.
