Rangers fans not particularly enamoured with Röhl, from the bits I've seen on SM. One guy quoted his win percentage, I replied to add the context of where we were when he started, the squad we had with very limited budget to upgrade, and the overall madness that is working with Chansiri. I can understand non Wednesday fans judging him on his win percentage, but the fact that some on this thread are is wild IMO.

I’m not as sure about the need for a striker especially as it looks like Smudge is staying. We’re something like 4th in the league for goals scored so putting it in the net isn’t the problem, keeping it out is! I wonder as well if the signings of Armstrong and Cissoko may help Ugbo get going. Definitely need a CB though.

That’s a fair point. Gassama often receives the ball in traffic and often draws fouls, which is effective in a fashion. But if they receive the ball in space which they can run into they can better demonstrate their effectiveness e.g QPR away last season. Hopefully the consistency will come.
