Should not be losing games like that
Singo35 replied to fedupowl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Blaming Pederson is like expecting a carpenter to work wonders with rubber chisels. -
Why attack a cameraman? Did he not follow the rule of thirds or whatever it is?

I don't know how I came by that video but I watched it. The word "Slag" is used frequently if I remember.

Players had a chance to thank the fans on Sunday

It's simple. We rarely score and we can't defend. -
I loved it which is probably why I thought of it when I saw the OP on this thread.

Max Lowe and Valery? Agreed that Lowe passed to Valery who was being closed down which led to their 1st. Lowe made an interception that the ball then ran towards an empty space bar a United player for their 3rd. Lowe plays on the left, where where those on the right? M. Lowe and Valery probably didn't have their best games today but Max Lowe is usually Mr Dependable and Valery isn't exactly a slouch either.

I largely agree with you on this but sometimes wonder if he's trying to bridge the gap between midfield and the strikers and can't get between the two quickly enough. Probably my brain thinking round uns but I'm not at work tomorrow so am several beers deep.

I'll give Iorfa credit where it is due as he's had some great games, scored some vital headers and made numerous tackles against the odds. But despite that last ditch tackle, it was definitely not his day today. I don't wish harm on him if he is actually injured but he needed taking off.

Don’t blame the players or HP; blame Chansiri

It was so bad at times that I deduced that what we needed was someone to foul Ugbo and get sent off for it, and for Ugbo to be unable to continue. Would be like having a two man advantage. -
If you shone a Laser on the ball, my cat would've done more with it than Iorfa.

I thought he'd "Pulled the 'chute" so to speak. Glad he did. He was having a 'mare.

The 'soulless bowl' new ground debate
Singo35 replied to @owlstalk's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
I'd hate a "Bowl" type stadium but by knocking down the Leppings Lane end and rebuilding it in a "considerate" manner that includes a very respectful nod to the disaster (possibly in consultation with the relatives of those who sadly lost their lives) may be the way forward. -
LIam Cooper is on his way to SWFC

Sounds like a good lad. -
I reckon we should get my mum on the Kop. When I had a drum kit and she'd had enough of the noise, she come in and give me a stare like Medusa and I'd freeze. I'd not quite turn to stone but I might as well have.

Danny is like the bird you had and all of your friends and family hate them for leaving you, not knowing you treated them like poo behind closed doors.

I do like it but prefer the original.

From a technical standpoint, the Forestieri one was better. But given our current situation, the Bannan goal was something to celebrate.

Staff wages confirmed for November & December !

I hope they get letters that they can send to anyone they made late payments to (mortgage, loans, credit card, etc) so that they don't have said payments count against them through no fault of their own. -
Can't they sell prints/screensavers of CGI images of the North Stand but you can make the white seats spell out a message/your name? Mainly as two fingers to the person who did it for real.
-
My cat would have put that away. Then for his goal celebration he’d eat the ball, poo it out then bury it.
