Hillsborough is 11+ acres & owlerton is 16+ acres from public information. Add in the potential other land we could potentially buy up and it's pretty much the perfect site. It even has Owl in the name!

If it's a new stadium, it has to be further away from residential. For evening events/concerts later on etc a late licence for activities is needed.

He's basically playing the senior pros who's left at the club. Lowe & Brown for me are our form front best pair currently, but one's injured. Ugbo is a dilemma. Classic case of there's a player in there but is out of form. Maybe a loan away is the best for us and him in the new year if we can sign more players! In the current circumstances we have a manager who is doing a really good job for me. The players today played a mardy bunch in a derby who fought and played dirty tricks.

With new owners they will have ideas and their own costed business plans re how to generate cash. There's probably a million different ways to redesign but let's see their plans first and more importantly give it time to let it sink in as it could be something not initially popular but longer term may see us financially stable!
