With another points deduction we may be the only team in history in any league to finish on minus points . In a calender year what is the fewest home wins? Surely we are beating this too? Under Danny Röhl last season our home form was dreadful . It's all rather painful and depressing ,it's like a long winter what lasts and lasts . We need optimism we need an owner what can sign 10 players in Jan don't matter if there loans, free, try to build a team for next season as you can't expect to fetch 20 new players in the summer and expect a winning team . Next season how well we do will have a lot to do with how Jan goes and if a proper recruitment man is in place.

With a complete squad rebuild in league 1 -15 points would likely lead to relegation to l2 . Around 50 points keeps you up appx , we would need over 65points just to stop up . Previous examples ended up in league 2 Bolton etc . A Mike Ashley type buyer would sooner pay 10 million or so and pay 10% to despot

You don't get improved contracts in league 1 usually 50% less wages. Down 10 million in tv money etc , and a new owner can only put so much in.
