However now maybe not so, as I think there will be safer more appealing offers and owners. My question is: we know the ground and the club are both in admin and being sold together. Will the ground be sold with the club? IE will the new owners own the club who owns the ground? Or will they own the club and own the company who owns the ground? Apologies if that doesn’t make sense, I’m asking if in the future we could have the same issue where the new owner has control of the ground like DC did or is it Upto the owner to transfer the ground back to the club.

I agree that’s why I think Mike Ashley will be all over this. Saw his helicopter in shirebrook recently. Close enough to Sheffield. Spend wisely sort us financially get us back upto the championship and sell us for big bucks Not to get proactive but the worry could be who the new owner sells us too in the future, hopefully not another DC character
