  1. In the great scheme of things this decision barely matters at all. At most, it warrants a slow sigh, not a massive rant demanding an apology...
  2. I absolutely hate League One - it's a loathsome division and it's criminal that we're facing our fourth stint at that wretched level. Sadly though, my top three all-time Wednesday memories have been winning promotion back to the Championship so maybe it will end up giving me another highlight. But this really, really must be our last ever time in the third tier.
  3. Admittedly I didn't see the game today but he's never impressed me. I'd love him to prove me wrong and come good but I can't see it happening...
  4. Shock, horror - ref is falling for their constant diving. As if we don't have enough to contend with already...
  5. Ref has been weak. He's giving them all the decisions - and Utd will make sure they use this to their advantage.
  6. We've no answer to their high press. Gonna be a long afternoon...
  7. Playing out from the back, just like the ref, is doing us no favours...
  8. We're moving to Southampton?!
  9. Fans are still having a pop at individuals when the root cause of almost everything that's gone wrong with our club over the past decade is our former owner. This is how he held on for so long - scapegoating - too many fell for it, and seemingly some still are.
  10. Got a very Battersea Power Station vibe to it.
  11. These types of players are a dying breed thanks to the obession with possession football and data led coaching. The amount of dribbles a player attempts has been declining every year as the risk factor is coached out of players. It's hard to think of any maverick players at any club in 2025 - and the sport is weaker for it.
  12. Our former owner showed us early on how poor his decision making was going to by sacking Gray months after taking over.
  13. Can only see a home win I'm afraid...
  14. In fairness it wouldn't take much to revolutionise the club after the mismanagement of the past decade. Just doing the basics right would be a big improvement as we've seen already with the administrators. I want to dream that whoever buys the club will finally transform us into a very successful team but it would be typical Wednesday to have another false dawn wouldn't it...
