Why is everyone getting their knickers in a twist?
A47Owl replied to shandypants's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
More likely this one. De Marco lawyer" most commonly refers to Nick De Marco KC, a leading UK-based sports lawyer specializing in areas like football, F1, and other sports disputes, but there are other lawyers with this surname, such as Giulia De Marco at Brodies LLP or Alfonso de Marco, a partner at Curtis in Rome, who was awarded Lawyer of the Year for Healthcare and Life Sciences in 2024. The specific lawyer you are looking for depends on their area of expertise. Nick De Marco KC: A leading sports law barrister in London, specializing in commercial, employment, and regulatory sports disputes. He has represented numerous high-profile clients in cases before FIFA, CAS, and other bodies, and is an author and editor of sports law publications. -

That's him. Not sure who he is. It was the same interview where Kris mentioned him if anyone can find it. -

I'm sure I watched an interview where Kris quotes one of those months. He also said they were trying to stop him that can't be mentioned getting a payout due to his mismanagement of the club I'm sure he also said him had employed a solicitor to make sure he got his share. -

What's the date that the creditors have to be paid to avoid the points deduction going into next season. I can't remember whether it was March or May. Anybody throw any light on the subject please. -
Any team that gets relegated has a losing culture. Its why you get relegated. The clever bit is having the winning mentality with a driven manager to get you back up.

Sorry. My fault.

Totally agree with all that. -
Robbed. Didn't deserve to lose.

Suspicion of offside for their goal. 1 player obstructive view of Horvath. Var would have disallowed it.

Bannan, Amass, Mcneal, Cads all chasing down the goalie Best performance for months. 100% effort and commitment.

All 11 get 10 out of 10 from me. Non stop running, closing down, effort, passion. Despite being kicked all over. Brilliant performance. Cant work out who's playing where. Total football.

How will you feel if Ugbo actually touches the ball and has sweat on his shirt. Hopefully he will get Paternity leave.

Absolutely anyone better than Ugbo and Lowe. The worst ever strike force we have ever had.

Players had a chance to thank the fans on Sunday

I didn't say that either. All I said was that they didn't seem to put the effort/passion into the game that they had done in every other game I have watched. -

1. Yes. I did say that. 2. Yes. 3. Yes 4. Yes let's be happy that we got thrashed by our local rivals. -
You probably put that better than I did in a thread I started and got a bit of abuse.

Out of contract players in the summer
A47Owl replied to westy365owl's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Did you type all that @westy365owl? Hope nobody presses reply to post. Neil's servers will blow a fuse. I'm sure you missed somebody. Can you double check? Great information I'll use it on my FM game. -
No one person should ever be allowed to be in charge of a football club. If that had been the case here then we probably wouldn't be in the mess we are in. Should be a board of directors who have joint responsibility. I suspect that in each of the high profile cases one man was in charge.

Where have I gone on and on? I posted based on my opinion. Many others on here and other media agreed with me. Not enough passion and commitment. The response to my post is about 50:50 so it can't be totally daft. Other posts on OT under different topics say the same. The team have done brilliantly so far but today's performance was poor given the occasion. Do you disagree?
