I imagine the IFR will have to collect evidence and present a case to an independent party. DC will have to present a defence to this.
Given how slow the courts take, it could take months to even schedule a date. Independent party likely agrees a course of action based on established guidelines. Criminal courts have sentencing guidelines so I imagine the IFR will have the same.
DC will then have a right of appeal. Where that goes I'm not too sure but again you're talking months here. If he fails in his appeal, we don't know how quickly the IFR can appoint an administrator nor negotiate the sales process. Could be another 4-6 months there.
We're looking at maybe a year before we start to see meaningful change.
