  1. He won't win. We all know that. But it's certainly going to get dragged out unless he has a change of heart and actually sells.
  2. What did I say that does not already take that into consideration? Yes they have legal powers to remove an owner but there is also a legal process to follow to even exercise this power. They cannot go around simply removing an owner from a club. Club owners also have the right to challenge the decision via an internal review and if that fails, the Competition Appeal Tribunal. You're naive if you think this isn't going to get dragged out.
  3. Oh this process is absolutely going to be drawn out. I imagine the IFR will have to collect evidence and present a case to an independent party. DC will have to present a defence to this. Given how slow the courts take, it could take months to even schedule a date. Independent party likely agrees a course of action based on established guidelines. Criminal courts have sentencing guidelines so I imagine the IFR will have the same. DC will then have a right of appeal. Where that goes I'm not too sure but again you're talking months here. If he fails in his appeal, we don't know how quickly the IFR can appoint an administrator nor negotiate the sales process. Could be another 4-6 months there. We're looking at maybe a year before we start to see meaningful change.
  4. Based on what? Henrick is working on much less than what DR had to work with.
  5. Someone give Just Stop Oil a bell
  6. All I can say for certain is that Weaver will drop another masterclass. The thought of a back three of him, Bernard and Lowe does things to me...
  7. Probably not enough staff left at this point to even open up the bars. Uni's have started up again so a lot of hospitality venues will be looking for staff. Plenty of opportunities for the staff to move to something a little more reliable
  8. That and it's just too bloody expensive to go out now. £30 in town might get you a round if you're lucky.
  9. We're lucky he didn't buy us to be fair
  10. Nobody gives a damn how "big" we are. Football has moved on yet older Wednesday fans are stuck in the past
  11. Did you see the pics of fans buying food at the kiosks? If fans don't attend then we don't have that. It's that simple.
  12. At our lowest and we're bringing in 20k fans to a nothing championship fixture with Swansea. Genuinely what is it going to take for some people to wake up?
  13. He was brilliant Tuesday though, against PL opposition.
  14. Seems everyone connected with the club wants him gone yet some fans still can't see that.
  15. Agreed. Seems to have really kicked on at Preston too
