  1. I have this shirt with my name and number (4) on the back, signed by Mel Sterland and Imre Varadi, from the Soccer Aid match I played in at Hillsborough. Never been worn since. Still in mint condition all these years later.
  2. Are there 8 days in a week now?
  3. I remember it very well, for the wrong reason. Yes that was a Monday night Sky Game. Bitterly cold. The same season we went top after 4 matches when Richie Humphreys was on fire. Then we didnt win again until this match about 10 matches later. My car was stolen whilst I was at the match. The next day we had very heavy snow, and it took me about 16 hours to get home to Coventry where I was living at the time. Ahhh memories.
  4. But who wants any of our players?
  5. Rest easy Milan. And thank you.
  6. They are 1st choice THIS season. NOW.
  7. THIS Sums up my thoughts perfectly.
  8. It's easy peasy with squeezy cheesey peas
  9. Int milk brilliant. Great show.
  10. This is a great post. He always seems to want 1.5-2.0 of anything's true value. And always ends up with 0.00 of it.
  11. You are right. But the one lesson from all of this is that they do need to have tighter and more strict ownership rules going forward, to enable them more powers.
  12. Quick off topic post here...........Are we the last of the "sleeping giants"? Since Leeds and Forest went back up recently, who else is left? All those Prem clubs who went to L1 - Southampton, Forest, Ipswich, Leeds, Man City, Leicester, Pigs, etc (did I miss any?), they have all got back at least once. We havent. We are left with Blackburn, Cov, Derby, Bolton, but none of those are MASSIVE. There are the yo-yos such as WBA, Norwich. But no real "sleeping giants left". Only us.
  13. The most poignant message there, is where is the fun/point in it any more? He is just getting abused at every opportunity, and spoiling his name beyond all repair, which, will extend further and into his own circles in Thailand soon if he isn't careful. Whilst at the same time losing money each and every month. DC - get out now, take what you can, and invest the circa £30m in Bitcoin, and watch it double/triple in 4 years time, rather than keep pouring funds into the money pit that you have created. Putt your feet up and relieve yourself of all stress. Surely its the best for everyone. Some posters above are saying he is doing it out of spite, or trying to end us. Maybe. But, 30m is 30m. Take it. He probably has more squirrelled away that we know, and it might be chump change to him, but 30m is 30m.
  14. A good scouting network is so important to the financial success of any club. Just look at Brighton and the random Joe's they constantly sign and sell for 50m.
  15. I appreciate the concern. Really, I do. Thanks. In reality its just a sad indictment of the state of our club since 2010 that we have employed Palmer for so long, and even continue to do so. But then beggars cant be choosers.
  16. Did no one else notice that Palmer was also down from a knock in the build up to this play? The game did stop for either man. So each team had 10 men standing. It is the responsibility of the referee and him only to stop the game if he feels an injury is serious.
  17. Err.....Gary Neville is co-owner of a team in the EFL.
  18. hahahaha brilliant, proper made me LOL
  19. Superb performance lads. Take a bow, every one of you today.
  20. fabulous ship in a bottle, truly magnificent
  21. Palmer was also on the floor at the same time, so what's the difference?
  22. doesnt matter you the coaches are, you cant polish a turd
