Ilkeston town mate, great little club just of j26 of the M1. Decent bunch of fans (mostly derby and forest lads). Decent standard. If you get chance give them a try.

Our only solution is and always has been to push chansiri over the edge financially and embarrass him. We've made a good start, we need to keep our foot on the gas. Nobody is coming to help us, it's up to us to play whatever part we can to push for change. That evident more than ever now.

If Röhl gets the Glasgow Rangers job
Maddogbob replied to danblakemore's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Its not worth arguing about, trust me. I've seen it a million times. Most backflip to suit whatever agenda is needed at the time. England is the centre of the football universe for most. it's best not to try and counter it and leave folks to it. -

And by the same token as we are constantly reminded when people are taking about big ange. Neither is Scotland. -

So essentially rangers fans want to appoint an ex Celtic managers assistant who only wins things when ange leaves instructions out after he's left. Or you could pick one of Europes brightest young coaches. -

Literally won the a league with a team ange built at Melbourne Victory. Same thing happened in Japan Was an a disaster in his only European job. Kevin Muscat, legend absolute winner (only when he takes over teams from ange it seems). Apart from China but that not a serious league. -

Imagine wanting Kevin Muscat as your manager -
All it does is aid him. Always has done. He's been gaslighting fans for years. And both sides lap it up and are still doing it to each other.

And if the trust call for one, for that game. it'll be a massive own goal.

Caps lock, turn it off. My eyes are burning.

Boycotting games and mental health
Maddogbob replied to Nannan's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
The saturation coverage yeah I get you on that. I think sky have missed a trick with the way the coverage is provided. It's to forced. -

Boycotting games and mental health
Maddogbob replied to Nannan's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
I've not watched England in a long time (time difference isn't my friend on that one). EPL is meh. Dunno, think a combination of Wednesday and grassroots frustration has killed it for me. I'm trying to get the love back, it might come, I dunno really. -
Boycotting games and mental health
Maddogbob replied to Nannan's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
Here's one for folks, I was sitting there the other day at work, just thinking about swfc and stuff. Has anyone hit the point where they are just starting to hate football, not just what's going on with swfc. But the whole sport? Everything to do with it. I was thinking, how do I get that enjoyment of the actual sport back after this.- 64 replies

He'd be forced to recognise it if the CAC deemed it. There will be statuary rights tied to your contract of employment in the event of redundancy. Depends on the contract. Suppose it depends how much workers rights in the UK have been eroded since I last worked there.

Boycotting games and mental health
Maddogbob replied to Nannan's topic in Sheffield Wednesday Matchday
It's incredibly hard to distance yourself from your community, certainly intentionally. Even just for one game. Anyone that does gets my upmost respect. I think yes, it would have an impact on mental health in my opinion. Your going against your natural thought process. -
You can't sack an employee for joining a union. Good luck litigation wise DC on that one. Plus if he's laying staff off under contract he'll have to meet the minimum requirements as per their contracts for redundancies. Good luck with that if you can't pay the bills already. It really is the end of the road for DC this.
