I'm pretty sure that the original report was from a twitter account that stated he wanted to post a statement prior to going into administration and the club said no. Which seems to show that the report was fake as he was in sole charge of the club at the time. Unless he refused himself

They will also have access to view the ground, academy and training facility in detail, and therefore enable a forecast spend required for ongoing and upcoming repair/maintenance for possibly the next couple of years. Which will in turn allow them to take into account what they will need over and above their proposed bid costs.

Yes that would normally be the case but Pederson says not. I wonder if it may be that because we are trying to get the EFL to bend the rules slightly, they don't want to rock the boat by appearing too confident ?
