    Not really, my reply was to a post that seemed to imply the EFL were holding off giving a points deduction for reasons of their own.

    It's the independent disciplinary panel that give the points deduction not EFL

    I don't see how reporting on the number of tickets that have been sold for a match adversely affects health and safety ?

    It's nothing to do with health and safety, it's an EFL rule for all clubs.

    Because the charges have been appealed I believe it goes to an independent tribunal rather than the EFL for a decision now.
