  1. That’s the thing. You just have to list all those who left over summer - Musaba, Gassama, young Cadamarteri, Windass, Smith, Hatsuse, Armstrong, Johnson, Ihiekwe, Famewo, Valentin, Paterson… They don’t get replaced by one goalkeeper coming back from injury. But he is a good goalkeeper. And I hope he stays fit. My biggest hope is that with new owners we’ll be allowed to start rebuilding the squad in January. Not with the expectation to stay in this league - more so I don’t have the expectation to lose every week! And also to start building a competitive squad for next year that have experience playing together.
  2. Too far off to be fighting for pride tbh. The history books will record the decimation of our owner in the lead up to this season. This isn’t a black mark on Wednesday’s history but it is on his own involvement in the club.
  3. It’s strange times when drawing at half time feels like a win
  4. He's in the first team because we shockingly let others go over the summer. He's shining at the moment primarily because of those we've got left to play alongside him.
  5. Don’t worry I’ve done worse today
  6. Thursday, busy tomorrow
  7. What happened?
  8. My goodness I’m thick. It is for players!
  9. Aargh, must do better reading!
  10. Is that 3 in total or 2? I thought we're already able to sign 2 free agents.
  11. I don't see a problem with looking at this for next season, but would love him to be given the tools to prove himself come the January window. We don't actually know how much of the last two season's success was Danny, how much was Henrik's, and how much was a combination of the two. It would be good to find out. Should we be able to provide him with more of a team come January, at least we'd have a better idea about him.
  12. It's difficult to judge the man's quality without him having the tools he needs to prove it. It's like giving a musician a toddler's keyboard with only one note working.
  13. I hope the EFL see us as a special circumstance and allow a more lenient transfer policy, giving Pedersen the last part of the season to prove himself. Then we take it from there.
  14. Thanks for the replies everyone. Hopefully been pointed in the right direction now. Cross fingers
