I think with Reading and us the efl have finally realised that they don't have the appropriate powers to run the game.....they are clearly expecting the regulator to do the dirty work for them, rather than increase their powers You can guarantee the PL will soon get involved and the efl will end up as weak as the FA (once all powerful) are now
