  1. Donation made - excellent way to make best use of the money saved from not attending the Grimsby game - good luck with the bike ride!!
  2. I’m not going - please add me to the list
  3. Lucky you - I’m sat by my letter box but nothing has appeared yet (mind you I do live in Stoke on Trent!!)
  4. Another great matchday contribution from the Lord - keep this standard up and we can’t go wrong - good luck to the lads tonight - we’re right behind you!!
  5. As most of you know I’m a wheelchair season ticket holder who has a bay at the front of the North Stand - so far I haven’t received my new season ticket nor my disabled car park pass and no communication re where they are thinking of locating me (and all the other wheelchair supporters) for the forthcoming season - I have of course received a receipt for all the advanced monies I’ve paid but nothing in return!!
  6. We should be asking ourselves what support have we given to Morecambe - they are in front of us for ceasing to exist (but only just!!)
  7. What is the position of wheelchair season ticket holders (like myself )currently placed in a wheelchair bay at the front of the North Stand - I have also paid for a reserved parking spot in the car park near the shop - if I’m relocated (say) to the front of the West Stand it would be impossible for me to get that far from where I park - what are my grounds for a refund of both season ticket plus car park fee
  8. and what is being proposed for those of us who require accessible access and bays for our wheelchairs
  9. I’m writing this with tears in my eyes - a neighbour took me to Hillsborough 70 years ago to see us beat Grimsby 6 - 0 and I’ve been going ever since It’s been said many times that you don’t choose Wednesday - Wednesday chooses you and I for one is immensely proud that I was chosen - what is happening to our Club right now is completely unacceptable and it’s down to one man who will never understand what being a Wednesdayite is I read what some are saying that it’s the end of a Club that’s been in existence for 158 years - that absolutely cannot be allowed to happen and all of us have to do whatever is needed to save OUR CLUB
  10. Well this could be the answer to boycotting games - players on strike - and when we turn up for the Stoke game there’s Bannan Palmer and the rest on the picket line - in all my 75 years I’ve never crossed a picket line and I never will - all strength to everyone still working at the Club - you have my total support
  11. Could I just remind everyone that most (all?) supporters with parking permits (me included) are disabled fans who if they couldn’t park within the ground would be unable to attend.
  12. Hi All - many thanks for all your kind comments and your suggestion that you cover my expenditure - but there’s absolutely no need for any collection as I’m perfectly able to afford the cost - please donate any money to a collection for any of the support staff who may not have been paid by Chansiri
  13. Firstly let me apologise - and clearly state I detest the cretin who is currently the guardian of our club - so why have I given this odious man £130 out of my pension. I am 76 and been going to Hillsborough for over 70 years and been a season ticket holder for over 50 years - like everyone else on this site Wednesday are in my blood and I can’t imagine a time when they may no longer exist. Since I lost the use of my legs I am now a wheelchair season ticket holder and renewed my place in the Earlybird window - however I am entirely dependent on being able to park in a disabled spot in the North Stand car park and have just received a letter from the Club telling me I have 4 weeks to renew my disabled pass at a cost of £130 or lose my place. Without the ability to park within the ground I would no longer be able to attend the games so regrettably have been forced to renew my pass without waiting for a new owner to appear. So with apologies to Mr Bannan I earnestly hope that my £130 goes towards the tea lady’s wages - it will certainly be the last time I spend any more of my money until the new regime is in place.
  14. I don’t get all this delay palaver - when I want a paper I go into the shop - bang my quid on the counter and leave with my paper - why can’t this Wallmart guy go to Hillsborough- bang his £100m on the boardroom table and say to Chansiri ‘on your bike’!
