What Clive says is technically correct but what he neglects to state is that such powers would need to be tested within court. That's where interpretation of a bill and legislation (ie, "the regulator does have the power to do x, y, z") becomes reality - and governments historically often think something will work in a specific way and it doesn't. Their interpretation and legal advice doesn't always match up with the reality of how laws are implemented, interpreted, etc.

Think that wishful thinking. The club don't own the ground anymore, which in isolation could be enough to put any potential saviour off. I think liquidation is more likely than administration plus sale. Hope I'm wrong.

And where is the stadium in all of this. Will that be part of such an order or separate. If its the latter then any saviour may be put off.

Exactly, they'll have spent all week (and beyond) repairing the fall out and dealing with coaching staff potentially quitting, wasting energy on talking about what CUNTsiri did rather than planning and preparing for the next match, etc. This t*sser literally derailed our season. I totally agree with you mate but we just feel sooooooooo far away from that. I really am at the end of the grief process (ie, acceptance rather than denial or anger) but I see very little hope. Sorry.
