  1. Heaven….not17th
  2. People are allowed to give their views about stuff on the field (and off it for that matter). Everyone’s well aware of the bigger picture but fans still have a right to call people out if they are playing dog awful or not putting in a shift (don’t think anyone can be accused of the latter, other than ugbo maybe)
  3. Comes across really well to be fair and doesn’t seem like one that will hide
  4. Didn’t he get october play of the month, that speaks volumes doesn’t it
  5. Why? He’s got a load of bad press because he wasn’t willing to spend the billions that the Newcastle fans thought they were entitled to. This is a completely different kettle of fish, we are a club that need stability with the right people in place. He would probably have us for around 5 years and do a lot in that time to make us a very attractive asset that needs minimal investment off the field. That’s what he does, he’s a businessman and knows the footballing landscape in this country.
  6. Agreed, we (hopefully) will be in a position to pay wages as well which might set us apart from the competition, speaking of which I have absolutely no idea why no one else in the championship didn’t want to sign Amass
  7. I see that the walton penner group are, or never were, interested. Might come as disappointing to some fans, but I was asking someone the other day ‘would you rather have someone with trillions of money that knows zero about english football or how to run a football club, or someone with someone with smaller pockets e.g. mike Ashley?
  8. Couldn’t give a t055 about what comes out of that morons mouth tbh
  9. Did he score a league goal for us last season? Seem to remember him scoring in the league cup against Grimsby but thats it
  10. Genuinely don’t know if the megson stuff on here is a joke or not. If it isn’t, christ alive, some people need to wake up after being asleep for 40 years
  11. 100% it is Problem is, even to be semi competitive the players have to be at it every single week. But I think there was a lack of fight today so we can’t give them a pass every time, which might seem harsh.
  12. who with exactly? I think a change is to happen it will only be on the watch of the new regime so another 2 months at least once all the legalities are sorted
  13. Unfortunately, at this point in time anyway, cadz isn’t the answer
  14. I completely agree, but the problem is we don’t have a pato or smith type player to hoof it up to. Ugbo and lowe can’t keep hold of it to save their lives so what else are we meant to do?
  15. Results wise, the pressure is certainly on them but can’t see your point about not being bothered. Yes as a fan base we are probably concerned with off the field matters at this stage but not sure how any wednesday fan wouldn’t be bothered.
  16. good summary, no real surprises I suppose.
  17. Lets be honest, some of our idiot fans would do the same given half the chance
  18. Chansiris a what?
  19. many sleepless nights
  20. Was thinking this
