Was such a shock hearing this.
Mark was a good friend and a bigger owls fan you could not find. Spent some good times in his company and was lucky to be invited to his home in Eyam for a bit of a do.
What really saddens me is he died with Wednesday in the state that it is. It would have broke his heart (literally) the state of the club at the moment.
Bless you friend. Sleep well x
Personally I don’t support the boycotting of away games for one simple reason
The publicity we get along with the support from the home teams fans (spreading the word) far outweighs the few quid per ticket that swfc receives.
Im going to Charlton but I don’t usually go to away games much, just in case anyone was thinking that’s why I don’t support a boycott.
Just my opinion
True story. When Brackley did the channel 4 commentary on Italian footy, Sundays, he did it from YTV studios in Leeds. He used to fly up to Manchester on Sunday mornings (think he lived in Brighton) and my mate had the job of collecting him from the airport
So on a similar thought….
if all ST holders boycotted the home games, that’d actually save money for DC cos he wouldn’t need stewards, turnstiles and police.
So should it be a tor boycott at home, or not?
