I dont think so, similar to what others have said. Aberdeen rode their luck repeatedly during that run they went on last year. Hearts have won most games comfortably so far this season. Although still think its a big ask for them to finish above Celtic AND Rangers

They released a statement a mere 15 mins before that saying basically "Celtic would like to thank Brendan for his efforts during our continued recent success etc etc"

A few have been saying this up here, some of his post match comments in recent weeks have been very strange.

Apart from the odd bizarre comment about whether his choice of clothes is up to scratch (which I expected as I live up here), the majority on there seem to be impressed with how he comes across in interviews, his tone, his confidence and his enthusiasm. Which, to be fair, is exactly how I felt when I first saw him interviewed upon appointment at Hillsborough.

Do I think there will be antisemitic chants at the Villa game from home fans or locals? I dont know, there might well be from a small number of idiots. Do I think there will be antisemitic chants on a similar scale to the anti-Arab chants by the MTA fans in Amsterdam? I wouldnt have thought so. There is a history of this kind of thing from a sizeable chunk of MTA fans, but not from Villa fans. What do you think the police shouldve done here Ronnie? What was the fair, correct approach to deal with this?

Walking through the streets shouting anti-Muslim/anti-Arab stuff, and glorifying the death of Palestinian kids, is also likely to attract a lot of attention from that group. Cant believe the police have got so much stick for finally getting something football-related 100% correct.

Yeah fair points really....maybe it would be interesting for a few seasons then lose it's novelty appeal just as quickly

It's definitely not common in Scotland. Rangers do have some extreme fans, but they also have plenty decent ones too. Like most clubs I guess
