  1. No one’s actually asked season ticket holders to miss games. Other than the Boro one to show what we would look like without fans. Lots of arguing and bitterness about currently but if you have a season ticket and you can’t bring yourself to miss 1 game then what hope do we have. In terms of arguing though, POTG at home give Chansiri 100% of the £37 minimum ticket price, POTG away give him 5% of whatever the price is. For what it’s worth, I stopped going regularly under Chansiri, then went to membership and stopped that this season. Haven’t been to one game and won’t until he goes. However, I love seeing our away support. The home support is quiet and rubbish in comparison.
  2. I personally know of people who are “going if their mates go”. Its one ba****d game! If you can’t bring yourself to miss this one, just because you’ve “paid already” when can you.
  3. 6 active takes some going. The regulator will live and die by how they handle Chansiri
  4. Anything around 50% of ST holders not going will likely be a success. 10k plus away end is my guess. Embarrassing for those who do attend who cannot for 1 game just not go.
  5. Hope big numbers boycott this. Those going will look pretty embarrassing if only a few thousand turn up.
  6. How do they get this pushed out to people who don’t do social media? Maybe some fliers before this game?
  7. They have to plan as if every ST holder turns up. They can’t expect it to be empty and under staff with everyone then arriving as normal.
  8. They’ll need about 1.8 points per game to hit 70 won’t they? We did nothing until that Leicester 1-1 at the end of November and at the time had 1 win and were rock bottom and then stayed up. But if they get into mid to end November still in the bottom 3 they won’t be touching the playoffs.
  9. 3 in 15 is stinking. Long may it continue. Their utter failure is a nice distraction.
  10. Good luck at Brentford, Ernie!
  11. I’ve watched some bad Wednesday sides but never felt as dejected as this. I remember walking home with my uncle after us losing like 4-1 to Colchester or whoever it was back in 2004 on the opening day and still being happy I got to go to the games. Always felt we’d improve or something good would come. I have totally clocked out, switched off at HT today and think that’s me done.
  12. They had the same amount of shots as us today. Vast improvements in the whole set up, apparently. They’re now blaming a poor preseason… we didn’t even have a pre season and have more points!
  13. Cov fans clapping us. Tbh it did enough to get it noticed and in the news and didn’t ruin the day for the away fans who spent money travelling. Fully expect Chansiri to come down hard on them though if they can be identified.
  14. Once the points deduction happens the fans that still go will vote with their feet. Some still think we can stay up. That was horrific today and will happen more and more when the players get tired. We have no options to rest them. But some fans can’t see that yet. The deduction will finish last few off
  15. Let’s be honest here, it only gets harder for United if they don’t pull clear by Jan. Cov back in for Hamer at £7m would be hilarious.
