    I wonder if the transport ground at meadowhead would be available for a new training ground. The Sheffield FC & Sheffield Eagles development there seems to be not going anywhere currently

    If LL doesn’t sell out (which I suspect we may end up with around 700 or so remaining), would it be too short notice to rearrange the seating arrangement in LL? Either moving everyone in to a couple of blocks or reorganising first few rows to not be in use etc, rather than pockets of empty spaces all over.

    170 a day sold for the next 5 days would leave 300 left unsold.

    There’ll end up being a few hundred or so spare on LL come Sunday.

    We’re selling circa 150/200 tickets a day. Even if that slows down over the course of the next week, we’ll still end up with more tickets sold on LL than unsold

    I think all the next 4 home games will be priced similar to this, but then with an offer of say all 4 games for a bundle, eg £90 on the kop, £100 on the north, £120 on the south

    Think we’ll end up at around 28/29k.

    Exactly, we’ve been selling anywhere between 600 and 1000 per day. With 3 days worth of sales still to go. May not end up being a sell out, but don’t think it will be far short

    I wonder how much the running costs of hillsborough are. This is something that won’t be the responsibility of the club anymore and fall to DC/his wife/whichever company owns the ground

    Think part of their argument is that Covid had unforeseen impact on them. Which is fine, apart from the owner bought them in June!!

    Why is there a ‘need’ for this to be dealt with this season? Any ‘offence’ hasn’t occurred in this season so the likes of Barnsley haven’t been impacted by this during this season

    2 years? I thought it was in the accounts in 2018 and on the land Registry in 2019?

    Although, weren’t the latest accounts extended by 3 months so the loss was over a 15 month period rather than 12. Obviously the loss on the latest accounts will be huge regardless

    Nothing on Sky or Coral either. They won’t be offering a market as they won’t want to get burned. Betfair on the other hand, they win whatever the outcome on the exchanges so will continue to offer

    Plus Betfair aren’t a bookie in the truest sense, just facilitating people betting against each other. cant see relegation markets with many of the mainstream bookies, probably because it’s all such a mess and they don’t know what’s happening!
