Could somebody from the Trust elucidate what the EFL meant here? It all sounds so imminent and dire.

What are the EFL on about when they asked the Trust if they are prepared for an insolvency event? What can the Trust actually do?

Wrexham today announced a new 7 million pounds investment, in exchange for one share in the club. So basically a gift. To be used as the club sees fit - wages, or January window, or to help with the new stand. Rob and Ryan are open, smart, have a plan, employ experts to carry it out, and they sit back and people give them money. Our useless, secretive, go it alone owner meanwhile haunts usurious loan sharks because he has no mates, nobody respects him or believes in his ability to succeed. I don't see it helping. There's 'source of wealth' and there's 'ongoing financial sustainability'. I doubt there's going to be anything done on account of the former, and the latter sounds like a 'cut your cloth according to your means' sort of thing. They'll look at DC's penury and make him run us as a League Two club.
