Not disputing that so did Everton's and every other stadium thats been constructed in the UK over the past 10 years. Liverpool's new stands cost considerably more also. I would take a long term plan for prosperity and progression over the short sightedness that we have been subjected to for far too long (that ain't a dig at you).
